SUBMISSION OF PLAN ORDERS; SERVICE PLANS
Customer may order Services by submitting Plan Orders through the Portal or by calling. Once accepts the Plan Order submitted by Customer, then they will receive an email from www.quickbooksupdates.com at the email address that Customer provide or have provided to www.quickbooksupdates.com as part of the Registration Process for the Services.
www.quickbooksupdates.com is not responsible for rendering Services in connection with any Plan Order that it has not accepted. Upon acceptance by www.quickbooksupdates.com of a Plan Order, Customer will have a Service Plan for the specified duration.
PAYMENT
Services against any Plan Order will be available once Customer has made payment for Services according to the requirements of the corresponding Plan Order. www.quickbooksupdates.com has no obligation to render Services under any Service Plan if the payments as required under any Plan Order have not been made. When Customer purchased the Service, Customer agreed to a specific price and plan, all terms of Service Fee and/or any other fee payable under any mode of payment for a Subscription shall be set forth in the applicable Plan Order. Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet banking
Customer may be asked to provide us with a Credit Card /Debit Card details from a card issuer for the online payment transaction though payment gateways. The payment is charged only once and there is no auto renewal of the subscription until the customer request for the same. Customer acknowledge and agree that www.quickbooksupdates.com will not have any liability whatsoever for any non-sufficient funds or other charges incurred by Customer. If Customer mistakenly provides any card number, instead of a Credit Card or Debit Card and funds transfer is returned for insufficient funds, an additional $25.00 may be charged.
RENEWAL POLICY
A Subscription under the Annual Payment Plan does not automatically renew in any case and expires at the end of the applicable Term Plan.
